For the last 14 years, Sean has worked within the Enterprise Telecoms Division where he was the Contract Manager for the West Midlands. Sean is committed to his professional development and will complete the IRM, Certificate in Risk Management later this year. Sean is passionate about developing successful teams, and is relishing the prospect and challenges of making the London area the best it can be. Sean is married to Rachel and lives in Rugby.

Paul Callear

Paul is the Area Delivery Manager in the London Zone. Before joining MHS, Paul spent 5 and half years working on the Enterprise Telecoms Division covering the North Midlands region, starting out as a Site Agent and progressing to Project Manager. Paul is proud to mention that whilst with the BT contract that his region was number one for 7 months on the BT Dashboard. 

Paul enjoys the gym and is a avid football fan and is a season ticket holder for his favourite team Liverpool.

Working as the Service Delivery Manager within the London Zone, Jay is passionate about the service MHS delivers to all Service Families. A fanatical Manchester United fan, he lives in High Wycombe with his wife and son.

Tanya Abrams
MHS Liaison Officer - Brize Norton

Tanya Abrams is the MLO for High Wycombe, Abingdon and Brize Norton. Prior to MHS, Tanya worked as an admin assistant on the WSM contract for Defence Estates. Tanya has been married for 25 years and has 2 teenage daughters. For 10 years, Tanya occupied 8 SFA as an Army wife, which she believes puts her in a good position in understanding the trials and tribulations of Service family life.

Mike Lewis
MHS Liaison Officer - Uxbridge

Mike is the MLO located at RAF Uxbridge and covers much of the London area. Mike was born in South Wales and before joining MHS in 2006, he served in the Army for 22 years. For the later part of his career he worked within the unit welfare office. Mike’s experience allows him to resolve situations with a high level of efficiency and diplomacy.
