Nick Baxter A Chartered Safety and Health Practitioner, Nick is a highly motivated and qualified individual with a base background in engineering management. Formerly a naval officer, and still retaining service connections, he has extensive experience in health and safety management, spanning some 20 years, in both the public and private sectors. He has a wide range of knowledge and skills in managing, monitoring and developing health and safety systems and processes and is committed to making MHS "best in class" in respect to the organisation's safety performance. |

Sandy Hines Sandy has had close links with the military having serving 23 years with the Corps of Royal Engineers leaving as a Senior Warrant Officer. Sandy joined MHS in September 2006 after successfully completing his NEBOSH General Certificate, NVQ Assessors and degree in Management. Married for 19 years of his service career and as a former SFA occupant, he is well aware of the issues faced by Service families. Sandy is married with 2 boys and lives in North Lincolnshire. |

Colin Horne With over 20 years experience in the electrical engineering industry establishing quality and safety systems. Colin has been working on MOD contracts for the past 3 years. Colin is a member of the Institute of Electrical Engineers (Now IET) with a Post Graduate Diploma in Management and is qualified Lecturer. He is currently the Quality Environmental and Safety Manager covering the West Zone and the Helpdesk, and AP boilers and Pressure Systems (Gas) and LV Electrical. Colin works closely with the Zone and Company Compliance Manager and Quality manager to establish Safety Systems and ISO 9001:2000 within the company. |

Nick Grice, Tech IOSH , MIIRSM Nick was originally trained as an instrument Calibrator and employed by Babcocks calibrating Test instruments for Rolls Royce Aviation and Marine divisions. Nick been involved with Quality since 1996 when he carried out his first internal auditing. In 2000 he obtained his Lead Auditor / Assessor qualification for ISO 9000 - 2000. Having previously been QSE manager for the Central Business division of Atkins, he is now SEQ Manager for the Eastern area for MHS. |

Robert Law For the past seven years Bob has worked for the Luxury Product Division of L'Oreal managing the Health, Safety Environment and Facilities of the company’s distribution centres in Buckinghamshire and Surrey. Most recently he was a member of the L'Oreal project team responsible for the H&S of the build, fit out, and training for a new state of the art distribution centre in Nottinghamshire. Previously Bob spent twenty years in a production environment manufacturing top end photographic and ink jet papers for the world leading photographic companies. |

Robbie Gow Tech IOSH Robbie is a Chartered Tech IOSH Safety and Health Practitioner, with NEBOSH General and Construction Certificates and working towards NEBOSH National Diploma. Robbie is also a ISO 9001-2000 Quality Lead Auditor and ISO 14001 Environmental Auditor. Robbie joined MHS from Atkins Defence Assist Management (EWC) Aldershot after completing 22 years Military Service with a Scottish Infantry Regiment. Robbie is married with two daughters, one of which has graduated from university with a Law Degree. Robbie enjoys running, cycling and rock climbing. |

Helen Clark Helen has over 8 years of experience working in the business support sector of environment and sustainability. Much of this experience has been gained whilst working for Atkins Asset Management, a private sector company providing services to a number of public sector departments such as Education, the NHS and the MOD. Environment and sustainability is a relatively new and challenging area to work in but since taking up her post with MHS in 2006, Helen has been focused on steering the company onto a more sustainable path to help ensure it meets its own objectives as well as those of its Client. |
