Ian Winterflood Ian served an apprenticeship in plumbing and heating and has then spent the last 22 years developing his career and knowledge in a variety of different roles, including construction, commercial and industrial, housing and utility repair and maintenance at senior levels. Ian brings a strong and committed approach to both operational and change management, and aims to deliver an excellent service to the occupant. |

Adrian Holtby Adrian undertook his apprenticeship with the Armed Forces and completed a total of 12 years service. He then moved onto Project Management and worked on various contracts for the Ministry of Defence and other national defence agencies. He joined MHS in July 2006 and was promoted to the position of Service Delivery Manager in October 2008. |

Richard Walker Richard has been involved in construction and maintenance for over 25 years and has experience of utilities, residential property development and highways as well as in plumbing and heating work. Based in Aldershot, he joined the MHS Commercial team in June 2007 and is responsible for the commercial activity within the SE Zone. |

Martin McCafferty Martin has been involved in MOD housing for the past six years. Martin has a strong emphasis on customer/ client satisfaction with a goal to providing the best service that is realistically possible. Martin has spent 25 years in the construction industry dealing with all levels of trades and professions and worked on some prestigious contracts including Buckingham Palace and Downing Street. |

Rebecca Edwards Becca is the MLO for Brompton, Folkstone, Gosport and Portsmouth. Prior to MHS, Becca worked as a Housing Officer at Defence Estates which has put her at an advantage in understanding all aspects of the Housing Service. |

Jane Kelly Jane joined MHS in the latter part of 2008. Prior to MHS, Jane owned her own commercial and domestic cleaning company which delivered a professional service to both the MOD and Civilian organisations. Jane has three children and lived in SFA for 12 years and has a true understanding of occupants needs. |
