Duncan Dodd-Hughes Duncan joined MHS as Zone Manager for the West Zone in March 2009. He has over 15 years experience in the construction industry and has recently been involved in a large and logistically challenging project at Heathrow Airport as Project Delivery Team Manager. Duncan is very energetic, driven and committed to quality customer care and is looking forward to building strong relationships with all Stakeholders including our Customer, Defence Estates and the Supply Chains. Duncan is married to Katie and has recently become a very proud Dad to Oliver. |

Michael Brown Michael is a trained Quantity Surveyor with over 30 years experience in the construction industry working on a variety of new build and refurbishment projects both in the UK and abroad. Prior to joining MHS, Michael had his own business supplying and installing curtain walling, fenestration systems, and high tensile structures to Local Authorities, Housing Associations, new build and refurbishment contractors. When not working, Michael’s hobbies include gliding and golf, along with attending to the duties of three teenage sons and a wife. |

Stephen Larkin As a Qualified Quantity Surveyor, Stephen has over 20 years experience in both Building and Housing Maintenance Management. His thorough and professional approach, combined with managerial and technical skills, have ensured high standards of service. |

Peter Moore Peter has over 30 years experience within the construction industry, including 20 years with the projects design team of the PSA. He prides himself on achieving an excellent service delivery aimed at customer requirements and service. Peter lives in Cardiff with his wife and two daughters, and is fiercely proud of his Welsh Heritage. |

Martin is a Chartered Builder with over 30 years experience in the construction industry working across the private, public, social, commercial and industrial sectors. The last 15 years have been working in contract management with Interserve on MOD contracts in the South West prior to joining MHS in 2005.

Liz Beard Liz is the MLO for the West Zone. Liz’s father served in the Royal Air Force and has spent most of her childhood living in Service Families Accommodation in various locations. Liz has three children and lives in the Midlands. Prior to MHS, Liz spent 6 years working for Defence Estates both as Housing Officer and coordinating the gas and electrical servicing. Liz’s personal and professional experience allows her to understand and empathise with the particular challenges facing Service Families. |

Tracy Park Tracy is the MLO covering the Warminster, Larkhill, Lyneham and Bovington areas. Born in Barnet her father served in the army (3rd RHA) and has grown up living in Service Family Accommodation. She has two grown up children and two beautiful grandsons. Prior to MHS, Tracy spent 15 years working in a Customer Services. |

Paula Welsh Paula is the MLO that covers Plymouth, Taunton and Culdrose. Paula was born in London and worked at Carillion in Defence Housing prior to MHS. Paula’s career has always centred on customer satisfaction and she is a great believer in treating others the way you expect to be treated yourself. |
