Tanya Abrams is the MLO for Abingdon , Brize Norton, Colerne, Corsham, Lyneham and Shrivenham. Prior to MHS, Tanya worked as an admin assistant on the WSM contract for Defence Estates. Tanya has been married for 26 years and has 2 Grown up daughters and a grandson. For 10 years, Tanya occupied 8 SFA , as an Army wife, which she believes puts her in a good position in understanding the trials and tribulations of Service family life.

Jane joined MHS in the latter part of 2008. Prior to MHS, Jane owned her own commercial and domestic cleaning company which delivered a professional service to both the MOD and Civilian organisations. Jane has three children and lived in SFA for 12 years and has a true understanding of occupants needs.

Ann Leonard

Ann is the MLO for the North Region. Ann was born and raised in Scotland but has lived locally in Richmond, North Yorkshire for nearly 40 years. She is married with two grown up children and 3 grandchildren. She has been involved in military housing since 2000 having previously managed the old Mowlem’s Call Centre for both the North and West Zones. She finds her local knowledge as well as her contractual knowledge extremely helpful in her role as MHS Liaison Officer.

Mike is the MLO located at RAF Uxbridge and covers much of the London area. Mike was born in South Wales and before joining MHS in 2006, he served in the Army for 22 years. For the later part of his career he worked within the unit welfare office. Mike’s experience allows him to resolve situations with a high level of efficiency and diplomacy

Tracy is the MLO covering the Larkhill and Salisbury Plain area. Born in Barnet her father served in the army (3rd RHA) and has grown up living in Service Family Accommodation. She has two grown up children and four beautiful grand children. Prior to MHS, Tracy spent 15 years working in a Customer Services.

Helen is the MLO for the West Zone. Upon joining MHS in June 2008, Helen, also worked in other parts of the business which has given her vast knowledge in her MLO position. Helen has 11 years of customer service experience with some years working for Easy Jet in Liverpool's John Lennon Airport. Helen is a season ticket holder for her favourite team Liverpool FC.

Alison Whitehouse

Alison is one of the two MLO's in the East Zone, who has over 30 years personal experience of service life and Service Family Accommodation (SFA). Alison served in the Women's Royal Air Force (WRAF) for 7 years before marring her husband, a serving member of the RAF. Alison believes that her experiences enables her to understand the difficulties that can surround living in SFA. Since joining MHS in 2006, Alison has built good relationships with her colleagues in various areas of the business.
