Sean Duffy

Sean has been employed by Enterprise plc since 1996 where he has undertaken a variety of operational/leadership roles within their Telecoms division. He joined MHS in 2009 as Area Manager and is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of the response maintenance contract to our client Defence Infrastructure Organisation.

Sean is passionate about developing the team to be able to provide a first class service to both our client and their customers. Sean is married to Rachel and lives in Leamington Spa.

Andy Rice

Andrew joined MHS as Area Delivery Manager for the West Zone in November 2010 and more recently became the Operations Manager for London in June 2011.  He has over 14 years experience in the Utilities and Construction industry running both large projects and disconnect contracts.  Andrew is very energetic, driven and committed to quality customer care and is looking forward to building strong relationships with all stakeholders including our client, Defence Infrastructure Organisation and the Supply Chains. 

Luke Smith

Luke joined MHS at the beginning of July 2011. Luke has previously mobilised and managed housing repairs and maintenance contracts in the Midlands, Wales and the North West. He has worked across a wide client and customer demographic in both a housing management environment and most recently on the Aviva buildings claims contract for Carillion.  

Luke has a history of leading improvements in operational performance with both in house and outsourced businesses. He has experience in managing customer and client relationships and expectations in a challenging, value driven environment.

Ian Winterflood

Ian served an apprenticeship in Plumbing and Heating before developing his career and knowledge in a variety of different roles, including construction, commercial and Industrial, housing and utility repair and maintenance at senior levels.

Ian brings a strong and committed approach to operational management and change management. He is focused on delivering excellent service delivery aimed at meeting customer requirements and expectations.
